Red Teaming
Full-scope adversary simulation. We think like attackers, use the same tools and techniques, and deliver evidence-based findings.
Our red team engagements simulate real-world threats across your infrastructure, applications, and people. Unlike compliance-focused assessments, we don't tick boxes — we demonstrate exploitation.
Every finding includes reproducible proof, impact assessment, and remediation guidance. Our engagements are scoped and authorised in advance, with clear rules of engagement and escalation paths.
Typical objectives include validating identity boundaries, testing SOC response under pressure, identifying lateral movement opportunities, and measuring how quickly defensive teams can detect and contain adversary behaviour.
What Is Red Teaming?
Red teaming is a full-scope, objective-driven security exercise where authorised testers emulate realistic attacker behaviour to reach agreed business-impact outcomes. Instead of scanning for isolated weaknesses, it tests whether connected weaknesses can be chained into meaningful compromise.
A red team engagement can include technical intrusion, identity abuse, social engineering, and workflow manipulation where approved. The purpose is to assess your real-world resilience: prevention, detection, response, and recovery under adversarial pressure.
The result is a practical picture of operational risk, not just a list of vulnerabilities. Leadership gets clear risk narratives, and technical teams get reproducible evidence and remediation priorities.
Scope
- External and internal network testing
- Web and application security
- Social engineering and phishing
- Physical security (where in scope)
- Attack chain documentation
Deliverables
- Executive summary for leadership and risk owners.
- Technical report with attack timeline, evidence, and exploit paths.
- Prioritised remediation plan with practical implementation guidance.
- Optional remediation validation and replay testing.
